A look at teaching stress from virtual work in times of COVID 19

Abstract
The pandemic caused by Sars-Cov 2 has been causing interruptions in various human activities, thereby causing a lot of damage and drastic changes in educational activity, since with the closure of schools in most of the world, many of these have had to innovate the forms of attention to students, primarily in relation to the management of technologies. In the district of Paucartambo, the aforementioned activity was not alien, but rather it was approached with great responsibility and concern, the lack of management of technologies, adapting to meetings and virtual sessions, the lack of inputs to carry out educational activities was what that marked the teaching action and that of the students, therefore the realization of this work in order to explain how this process affected the lives of the teachers and students of the district of Paucartambo, province and region of Pasco (García Aretio, 2021 ).
The present article aims to investigate and make social knowledge of the consequences that remote work or also called distance work has caused and is causing in the Regular Basic Education teaching at UGEL Pasco and specifically in the district of Paucartambo ; all this as a result of the pandemic unleashed by the appearance of the SARS-CoV 2 virus, which causes the deadly disease of Covid 19.
The method used is the review of scientific articles and related documents, under the qualitative approach with a basic descriptive study. The results are framed in the impact of remote or distance work on the role of Regular Basic Education teachers, which is deepened by the effects of the pandemic, the health emergency that the country is experiencing, the ignorance of the use of the technologies, the lack of connectivity of many of the students and the forced confinement. Adapting to this new reality by teachers has not been easy, in a large percentage of cases it has generated high levels of stress, depression and anxiety, which as a consequence has affected the physical and mental health of each of them.
